In this blog will see how to migrate .pst files to Exchange Online Archiving (Office 365).
Follow the below steps:
Step 1: Open Microsoft Outlook.
Step 2: Then click the File tab located on the top left corner of Outlook.
Step 3: After that click on Open & Export .
Step 4: Then in the Open screen, click on Import/Export
Step 5: Then in the Import and Export Wizard , select Import from another program or file and then click Next .
Step 6: In the Import a File screen, you need to select Outlook Data File (.pst) and click Next
Step 7: Then in the Import Outlook Data File screen, select the Browse option to navigate to your Outlook data file(s).
Step 8: Now you have to navigate to your Outlook data files.
The default location, unless altered, is C:\users\abc\documents\Outlook Files .
Step 9: Now select the Outlook Data File you’d like to import and click Open
Then in the Import Outlook Data File screen, click Next .
Step 10: In the next screen, select Import items into the same folder in: and select your Exchange Online Archive as the destination
Finally, click Finish to import the Outlook Data File.
